The goods and services tax (GST) is a value-added tax (VAT) levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. The GST is paid by consumers, but it is remitted to the government by the businesses selling the goods and services.
Documents you will need
Certificate of Incorporation of the company.
Details of all the Members.
Details of branches
a) Rental Agreement or lease agreement and EB* bill in case of rented premises.
b)Electricity bill* in case of own property.
Any existing registrations if any.
For example: GSTIN, Registration under shops and establishments act, IEC code, etc.
Business Activity of the company and its relevant HSN/SAC codes.
Bank Account Details of the company along with any one of the below attachments(Optional).
a) First page of Bank passbook.
b)Cancelled cheque bearing the name of the taxpayer.
Authorised Signatory Details for signing - The format is attached below for your reference.
Digital signature would be required to submit the registration.
